RING & BALL
Ring and ball, applicable in thermal expansion. It is highly efficient in demonstrating thermal expansion in experiments. It comprises of a brass ball of approximately 22 mm diameter which is secured to a mounted brass ring by a chain. The ring is further mounted on a rod with the help of a wooden handle. The ball easily passes through the ring when cold, and its sensitive nature allows it to be heated easily. Then after being heated it does not pass through the ring, hence the concept of thermal expansion can be demonstrated using it. |

RING & BALL MOUNTED
Ring and ball mounted, for the demonstration of thermal expansion. In this the ring and the ball are mounted on separate handles. This facilitates the demonstration process and aids to its easy experimentation. It comprises of a brass ball and a brass ring. Both mounted on different wooden handles |
