The Rotap Sieve shaker is durably constructed and is run by ¼ H.P. Electric MOTOR 220 Volts A.C through reduction gear. Designed to carry upto 6/7 TEST SIEVES of 200 mm Dia (8") with one set lid & pan. It reproduces circular and hammering motion is given at top . it reproduce Circular (revolution approx.: 280 to 320 R.P.M and tapping approx.: 140 R.P.M to 160 R.P.M No foundations are required (with timer /without timer)

GYRATORY SIEVE SHAKER

Gyratory Sieve Shaker is driven by ¼ H.P. Electricx motor through a reduction gear, can carry upto SIX , 6" OR 8" /12" /18" Test Sieves with one set of LID AND Pan . This Gyratory motion of the table there is an upward and downward movement but is inclined from the vertical axis and the direction or inclination charges progressively in clockwise direction having frequency of about 270 vibration per minutes. Unit having six Stainless Steel needles fixed on Stainless Steel pipe of approx 12.5 mm dia with side water tap. Tank made of Stainless Steel. (with timer /without timer)

Fitted with F.H.P Electric Motor. It can accommodate 6 Test sieves of 8" Dai with Lid and pan. Speed can be regulated through variable speed regulator to work on 220 volts A.C (without Test Sieves) speed regulator to work on 220 volts A.C

Test Sieves Brass made out of rolled Bras, Spun Body Frame without joint/G.I SHEET FRAME . Folded bottom having beading at top, tight fitting with each other : Mounted with Stainless Steel cloth . Finished as per BSS/ASTM/ISS/MICRONS (specification required by the customers)
